Refreshing My Flat For Autumn | Homesense Homeware Haul

This post is kindly sponsored by Homesense.
I don't know whether it's the cooler days we've been having, or that my countdown to my Walt Disney World holiday is now only a month away, but I am very ready for Autumn. There's something so lovely about the leaves, hot drinks, wearing thick jumpers, layers and boots, with movie nights and cosy evenings in happening more often. With that in mind, I thought it was about time I refreshed my flat with some lovely quality, unique pieces to make it feel more like a home and ready for Autumn.

I went to Homesense in Hedge End near Southampton, and boy oh boy, did I have a blast! It's absolutely massive and amazing to shop in. Homesense offer extraordinary to everyday homeware, with stores found all over the UK. It's part of the TK Maxx Family, so if you like finding key pieces in there, you'd LOVE Homesense. You can discover savings of up to 60% off compared to the RRP.  You might pop in for bakeware and leave with a one-of-a-kind chair, it's SO fab. With new deliveries arriving throughout the week, there's always something new to discover every time you pop in too.

For me, cosiness starts in my lounge. Snuggling up on the sofa with a hot chocolate makes me feel so content, but my poor place was lacking in colour. I was bored of all the grey, and knew I needed some orange tones to brighten it up. I found a throw and some cushions to blend in, along with a salted pumpkin candle and big plant for the corner of the room. I swapped out my old wicker basket for my blankets, and replaced with a wire one to see the fabrics and colours better. On the coffee table, I added a little succulent, a sea salt candle and some new coasters too.

How cute is the Hedgehog doorstop?! He was a nice bargain at £7.99 down from £19.99, and make this room feel a little more 'me'. You might have also noticed I've got a new fluffy foot stool, a little piece of furniture which was really lacking in the room. It's great as an extra seat for when my pals visit, but it adds texture to the room and I really love it. I've always left the window sill empty, but found these little triangle shaped succulents so picked up two, and an extra sea salt candle. (You can't have too many, trust me.)

My bathroom is so small, so I've never taken much care into refreshing it up however, when I popped into Homesense, the bathroom department was amazing! I ended up with a new towel, soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, toilet brush, bath caddy and a mat. I swapped out the blue shades I had before, for a softer beige. It's more neutral, and looks cleaner to me. I love the little tassels on the edge of the bath mat too, makes it feel more like a rug!

My beauty area in my bedroom was looking a little cluttered in my bookcase, so I found some cute little storage holders for my eye shadow palettes and makeup brushes. Homesense have acrylic pots, along with plenty of other storage boxes in different designs and sizes, so you're bound to find something for you.

If you'd like to see everything I picked up and a mini vlog from my trip in store, then be sure to watch my video below! There was so much choice in store, with so many big brands at a reduced price, I could have shopped all day. Huge thank you to Homesense for working with me on this campaign, I am so chuffed with how it all came together!
