NARS: A Bad Experience

I've never owned anything from NARS, always loved the brand and always heard great things. I've been to plenty of counters and met plenty of lovely people who worked for them but never invested. Looking at my make up, I really wanted a new blusher and bronzer for the summer and after reading reviews and looking at swatches decided I wanted Laguna Bronzer and Orgasm Blusher.

After a bit of research, I realised that NARS sold the two together in a 'duo' for £30. I decided I would prefer this one rather than buying them both separately. It would give me the chance to try them both and be convenient for travelling. Problem was, it was a 'limited edition' thing which isn't sold at counters any more. It also wasn't available on John Lewis or ASOS (free delivery otherwise!), so I thought I would just go ahead and order from NARS themselves.

I placed my order for the product on the 7th August and paid £7 for postage. Ridiculous I know, but I caved and hoped it would arrived in a few days. I received an order confirmation email and the money was instantly taken from my account.

Anyway, on the 16th August, I wondered where the hell my order was (9 days after ordering). I tweeted about it and some of you told me they were based in France and that's why they take a while. I sent them a kind email inquiring where it was with all my details and order number. I received this reply:
Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in NARS. We have forwarded your request to the appropriate department. We remain at your disposal will you need any further information. Kind regards, Customer Service.
Okay, fine. I didn't hear anything again so phoned them on the 20th August (2 weeks after I ordered now). I spoke to a foreign lady who really was no help at all apart from saying 'we will get back to you soon'. She also asked me to forward them my confirmation email (how embarrassing for them) and I then received an email saying:
Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in NARS. We sincerely apologize for the delay. An investigation has been opened and our computer team is solving the problem we encountered on your order. We will come back to you as soon as possible.
Fine, but I still hadn't been told if my product was out of stock or shipped or why it was taking so long. I forward my email and received the exact same auto-mated emailed as the first one. Brilliant.
On the 23rd August (16 days after ordering), I sent them another email asking where my order was, this time, not so politely and the exact same reply. I then rung them on the 26th August yet again (phoning to France isn't cheap can I add), and spoke to the SAME foreign woman who said 'ah yes, I remember you', like I was causing such a drama. She could tell I was frustrated and said she was sort it out that day. I also told her I was going on holiday and needed it by Friday 31st. I then received this email:
Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in NARS. Following your call, I would like to confirm you that we have forwarded your request to the appropriate department. We will come back to you today before 6 p.m. We sincerely apologize for what is happening with your order. We will do our best to solve this problem.
Did someone get back to me? NOPE, no phone call or email that day. So I emailed that night (YET AGAIN), and said 'Thank you for NOT getting back to me again by 6pm today. Absolutely disgusting service you have! Will be phoning yet again in the morning for a full refund' because quite honestly, I was sick and tired of chasing my order.
Then, on the 28th August (3 weeks after ordering), I received this email:
We come back to you as we just got some feeback from the appropriate department. We would like to inform you that your order has been prepared and will be dispatched today or tomorrow. We have contacted the carrier to make sure your order arrive before Friday. In order to apologize, you will benefit from a gesture of good will. Once again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
They also sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number so I could see exactly where my package was at what time.

So 6 emails, 2 phone calls and well over 3 weeks later, they finally sent me 1 tiny product which I paid £7 postage for. How difficult can it be? I received my order on Thursday 30th (24 days later) but no 'gesture of good will' they promised. Even if they had thrown in some spare samples that would have been kind. Absolutely awful service, never, ever again.

UPDATE: 1st September

I received a phone call at 5pm today from an English lady at NARS who has promised to refund my postage and allowed me to select a product of my choice from their 'colour' range. I chose the 'American Dream' palette worth £39.50. It shows that persistance does pay off and to be honest, I do deserve this compensation for how awful it was. Hope this was helpful to some of you, it has still put me off ordering online from them but at least all the fuss was worth it ;)

UPDATE: 21st September

I was refunded my £7 postage and I received my American Dream palette today. Just goes to show that its worth complaining!

August Favourites

Thank god August has been and gone, its been rainy and miserable but most importantly, I've been counting down until my holiday to turkey at the beginning on September. I liked quite a few things this month without realising! A nice mix of make up, hair and skin care, nails and miscellaneous bits.

Real Techniques Powder Brush
This is beautiful. Seriously, what did I do without this? It's nice and fluffy and applies my powder really well. You buy it separately for £12.99 from Boots.

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder
Speaking of powder, I haven't used anything else other than this one from Rimmel. I use number 1, transparent which sets my foundation and keeps my face looking matte all day.

Balance Me Rose Otto Lip Salve
I didn't want to like this as its £12 but unfortunately, I did. I received it in my August She Said Beauty box and found myself using it every single day. Waaa, hope it doesn't run out any time soon! My lips are so soft and it smells of rose petals, mmm.

Bobbi Brown Corrector
I finally invested in this to help my dark under-eye circles and don't see me looking back now. It's a wonderful product in a cute little round pot. It is expensive but I feel much more confident wearing it as it brightens my eye area as well as concealing the dark circles. However, I do have to use a concealer as well. I use light to medium bisque.

Benefit They're Real Mascara
Again, another product which doesn't come cheaply but I love this. I have really long, curly lashes and this helped separate them and keep the curl. I have a full review which you can read here. Debenhams are also currently doing an offer a for a mini travel size free!

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream
Finally, a brand that has released a BB cream that works wonders. I used this on those sunnier days down the beach and I'll definitely be taking to Turkey. I also reviewed this here. It's light weight and good coverage. Plus, has SPF 30 in, bonus!

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deep Treatment*
I've bought Aussie products for years and haven't looked back. Since becoming an Aussie Angel, I was fortunate to receive this a couple of weeks ago and I'll definitely be purchasing. I don't need it for coloured treatment, but it has really helped my damaged hair, especially after I've had it curly and brushed it! Also love the style of the bottle, its easy to squeeze out when showering.

Redken Colour Extend Radiant 10-Spray
Again, received this in my She Said Beauty box and despite being another product for coloured hair, I noticed such a difference. It's not cheap retailing at £19.99, but I spray this into damp hair and the formula combines the richness of a cream with the lightness of a spray, without leaving your hair product heavy and sticky! Can't fault Redken products, this is brilliant.

MAC Fix+
This has been in my favourites more than once and I love it even more during the summer months. It's become a staple for 1) a finishing spray to help my make up last all day and 2) to  look more natural. Love it and so worth the money.

Clean & Clear Exfoliating Daily Wash
I've used a few facial washes this month but I always come back to this. The tiny micro-beads help remove dead skin and reduce my big pores. I don't use it daily though, mainly 3-4 times a week. I've already re-purchased!

Model's Own Hed Kandi Ibiza Mix Nail Varnish
Despite being tricky to remove, I LOVE this on my fourth fingers and on top of nail varnish on my toes. It's cute and summery and actually helps stop nail polish chipping as much. My favourite glitter polish by far.

Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover
Quick, easy, convenient. I'll take this on holiday with me and won't worry about leaking or taking spare cotton pads. Only downsides, it smells horrible!

ASDA Regenerating & Indulgent Body Spray
So I picked this up spontaneously because I just wanted something to spray over me when I'm getting a bit sweaty by the pool on holiday. I now own 2 bottles because I love it that much, it smells like I've rubbed Coco butter all over me, literally the nicest body spray I've ever used. Best part? It's only 90p. Good job ASDA, I'll be repurchasing yet again.

White Glo Professional Choice Toothpaste
I received a sample of this in my August She Said Box too (does that prove She Said is worth the money?!) and went and bought this in Boots after using for two weeks straight and noticing a brilliant difference in the colour of my teeth. I've written a more in-depth post which you can read here

My Top Holiday Essentials!

Wow, how shocking has August been. I'm SO glad I'm going on holiday on Sunday! I'm just so excited so thought I would share some essentials worth taking that people often forget about. However, do bare in mind you usually have a 15kg weight limit!

  • A good bikini of course, cover ups, maxi dress, 1 warm outfit for travelling (the UK is FREEZING), plenty of underwear and leggings.
  • pashmina scarf is good too if you're going somewhere hot to pop on your shoulders, especially in the evenings. You can double it up as a warm scarf when travelling home.
  • A good tip is to roll your clothes as this saves space making it easier to pack and helps them from creasing! I take an 'underwear bag' which is a little drawstring cotton bag to put dirty clothes in, but you could bring a spare carrier bag.
  • Also, it might be worth packing a few hangers as hotels never give you enough.
First Aid Travel Kit
  • Worth taking as it has everything you need in it, including anti-septic cream and plasters. You can pick them up in Superdrug cheaply and mine comes in a neat see-through bag.
Plugs/Extension Lead
  • I always take a universal European plug adaptor but also a 4 pocket extension lead. At night, I usually have my camera and phone charging, as well as drying my hair etc so its handy to have the extra space.
  • It's good to remember paracetamol, insect repellent, insect bite cream, aftersun (get an aloe vera one and leave in mini fridge!), shaving gel and razor, body spray, deodorant, face wipes, cleanser and obviously suncream.
Make Up/Hair
  • Only stick to essentials like lip balm, a tinted moisturiser or BB cream, waterproof mascara, powder, bronzer, pair of tweezers and a good moisturiser.
  • Might be worth taking nail varnish and remover too.
  • Long hair like mine needs a bit of TLC after the sun, sea salt or chlorine damage. Remember bands, brush, clips, heat defence or leave in conditioner, mousse (for curly hair) and a good mini size shampoo and conditioner.
  • Camera (plus charger and memory card), sunglasses (carry in a case) , trashy magazine/book, headphones, money, a good beach bag and flip flops.
  • Rich and I also have a headphone adapter (you can get them for £2.99 in TKMaxx) which basically has two slots for two headphones. Ideal when sunbathing as it's sometimes annoying sharing an ear piece each.
  • We also picked up a lilo each (1 pink and 1 blue of course) for £5.99 in G&T's which are expensive to buy out there and really easy to pack as they're already flat. They're fun to sunbathe on in the cool water. We'll give them to a family at the end of the week and leave them there.
  • We also take a pack of cards with us for a bit of entertainment together in the evenings.
  • Don't forget passport, driving license, tickets and check-in information.
  • Also consider travel insurance and if you need car parking, book before.
  • Might be worth taking your European Health Insurance card and debit/credit card.
  • Get the correct currency before you travel too.
Things for the car
  • Its good to have plenty of water, food and a blanket in the car. Just in case you break down on the way to the airport!
  • I have one of those 'squishy' pillows too which is lovely to sleep with.
Hand luggage
  • There are specific restrictions on liquids in your hand luggage of products no more than 100ml. It's worth getting these organised before and putting them in a clear sandwich or plastic bag (20cm x 20cm). Although, they do give you some when going through security.
  • Also, worth remembering glasses or contacts, a handheld mirror, tissues and sweets to suck on for flying.
  • I can't stress enough how much I love and appreciate my 4-wheeled suitcase. Honestly, invest in one because they are soooo easy to push along in the airport and mine is hard and sturdy.
  • It's good to add a luggage tag too with your address and optional but, tie a bright coloured ribbon on it or something so you can see it when it goes round the conveyor belt.
Think that's it! If you have anything, let me know and I'll add it in. Hope this helps any of you going away, I'm a pro packer and I've made a list and laminated it ;) Yes, you read that correct.

Wishlist #2

Wow, I had a bigger 'wishlist' than I thought! Firstly, I am a huge fan of Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, so when I saw that they're releasing a special edition for the Prince's Trust in September, I got a tiny weeny bit excited. Plus, its rose and lavender... heaven!

Walking past River Island the other day, I spotted these heels in the window. They're in the Sale on ASOS but out of stock. WHY :'( Studs are huge at the moment but I like how these are more subtle.

Winter is swiftly approaching and I've been thinking, how cute would little lace socks look with some ankle boots? Topshop do loads but I like these cream ones with black contrast lace.

I've selected a few beauty essentials I'll 100% be purchasing at Duty Free at Gatwick this weekend. My MSFN by MAC, my favourite Chanel foundation and my ever so loved Coco Mademoiselle too. Bye bye about £100 from my account...

I had bag envy when I met my friend Megan last week who had a brown tote bag. I found a similar one on ebay which I'll purchase soon! Its £21.99 and has an inner and back pocket and nice lining. I think I need this for winter.

I'm off to Turkey but only have 2 bikinis! I really want this but don't want to risk ordering it and it not arriving in time. It's the right shape that suits me and £30 isn't too bad either. Do I, don't I...

Finally, I very nearly bought this purse in River Island and although it doesn't look like anything special, it has lots of card slots which my current purse doesn't.

Let me know if you like these kind of posts, they often give me inspiration and ideas!

White Glo Professional Choice Toothpaste

What's that? A Toothpaste review? But trust me, it's worth the review! I recently received a sample of this, Australian Brand 'White Glo' toothpaste in my She Said Beauty box and haven't looked back since. Rich and I used the sample up everyday until we realised, we needed this! Out of all the products in my box, this was the one I expected to like the least. However, it has quickly become a favourite and teeth whitening is technically a beauty treatment.

I've always had good teeth (minus a few fillings) and regular dental check ups. I've never really been worried about them as such, but I've always wanted to make them a little whiter. I was considering teeth whitening but wasn't sure which direction to go in. I gave this a go, not expecting much, but after two weeks I noticed an evident difference. I can't say its a huge difference, but I feel it's something that will become clearer over time.

I thought it would taste of herbs and be too strong for me, but its not much different to my usual Colgate. You can buy the full size with a toothbrush and flosser toothpicks for £3.99 on offer in boots at the moment. Pretty good deal if you ask me! I haven't used the toothbrush as I'm saving it to take on holiday (I use an electric toothbrush so this is handy!) so therefore can't review just yet. They also sell specialized toothpaste for Coffee/Tea drinkers and smokers too. Personally, I would just like to buy the toothpaste on its own, but looks like you have to buy the 'set', depsite being a reasonable price.

I should have done before and after pictures but I'm not too comfortable with my teeth that close in pictures! I have to say, I feel a lot more confident since using this and don't see me going back to any other brand any time soon. Really recommend to anyone!

She Said Beauty: Social Network Website Launch

I'm so excited to share snaps of my recent trip to London to visit She Said Beauty for their 'Social Network for Beauty' website launch, but also the developments and exciting things they plan to do. For those of you who aren't aware, I've been a subscriber to the box since July and I'm really happy. You can read this month's review here. However, on twitter last week, I won an invite to their website launch and jumped at the chance to come along and meet the team!

The event was held in the Print Room at The Soho Hotel and was absolutely beautiful (how pretty is the wallpaper?!) I bought my friend Megan with me who also has a blog you can check out here. We were immediately welcomed and given cocktails! The CEO gave us a brief chat about the website and developments they have for the future. We then had our make up done by a MUA, lashes put on and our photo taken for the Street Beauty page. I was filmed and interviewed by editor Lauren and met some lovely bloggers and companies. Before leaving, Megan and I were given huge goodie bags filled with over 20 products from brands like OPI, Molton Brown, Starletto, Layla D Naturals, Bare Escentuals, Ginvera and AX Paris to name a few.

What is 'The Social Network For Beauty?'
She Said Beauty is a website completely free to join and available to absolutely anyone. Members have a personal beauty profile allowing them to be a part of community to review products, watch videos and photos, read articles, join in conversations and discover the latest news.

What are the key features?
You can connect all your social media links like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest to your profile. It's the only place online that you can access all my personal links directly, including The Beauty Closet, my online shop. Alongside this, you can connect your content including your YouTube videos and have an archive to your latest blog posts. This will not only increase your traffic, but gain you new readers and help brands see your review of their products. Finally, you can see what your friends, experts and bloggers are creating and discovering.

What's new?
In September, we'll see the launch of of a newfeed homepage (like facebook). It's clever because you can select to view just the people you're following or everyone. You can also just look at reviews, photos, videos or articles to simplify what's on your newsfeed.

Also, their Mobile app is currently being developed and due for launch later this year. Members will also get amazing access to sales and discounts, free products, exclusive competitions and invitations to VIP events. We also had a discussion about having links to where you can buy the products too! How exciting!

I can't rave enough about She Said Beauty, they strive as a company and listen to feedback from their customers, bloggers and brands. The people on board the team are friendly and the customer service is excellent. As well as creating brilliant boxes each month, the development of their website speaks for itself for how rapidly they are growing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the event and look forward to seeing She Said Beauty develop. If you would like to sign up for their monthly box, click here (you'll help me get a free box!) and if you would like to follow my profile, click here

Floral Favourite & FOTD

This week I've been loving two things - my Benefit They're Real Mascara and my H&M dress! I reviewed the mascara here - it gives me the most beautiful, long, separated lashes which I lurrrveee. I'm running out so hoping I can find it duty free at the airport or on the plane! I've also been loving and wearing this cute floral print dress from H&M. At only £12.99, it's perfect for pairing with a cardigan, long necklace and flip flops. I love the material because it almost feels like a play suit - loose and comfortable.

Other things that have happened this week -

  • I went to London with my friend Megan to visit She Said Beauty for their launch of their Social Network For Beauty website! I'll blog about it tomorrow :)
  • I saw Ted at the cinema - can't say it was as funny as I thought...
  • I went to Prezzo. Twice. (1 starter & 1 main for £10 at the moment!)
  • I started reading 50 shades of grey. Yes, I caved in.
  • Rich and I paid for our holiday insurance and car parking. Getting a little excited, we're off to Turkey 2nd September!
  • The Beauty Closet got new Estella Bartlett pieces in - soooo pretty.
I think that's it for a minute. I still have loads to do at work, a new haul video to film and I get my A Level results tomorrow (buzzing for a U in English Literature, I went to the exam and didn't write anything...)

Have a good week and good luck if you are also getting results!

I'd rather be beside the seaside ♥

Thought I would share with you some snaps of my weekend with my oldest friend Katy and boyfriend Rich. I only see Katy once a year during the summer as she lives quite far away (booo, miss you!). We've have been friends for so long though and have spent most of our summer holidays together. She is one of the few people in my life that 'gets' me, we laugh for hours and have all the same likes/dislikes. Some of you may know that I have a little Beach 'house' or 'hut' where I sleep at the weekends. I used to spend my whole six weeks there but I work now (sucks, I know). We had such a laugh this weekend going for long walks, a blast on my boat, games of cards, watching the olympics and lots of alcohol and food!

She Said Beauty Box | August 2012

Holllaaa! This is my second She Said Beauty box I've received and overall, I have to admit I wasn't that impressed (sorry She Said, July was better!). I'm going to the launch of 'The Social Network For Beauty' for She Said next Tuesday so I'll be sure to take pictures and write about what I get up to there.

Absolutely Flawless Nail Foils
No. Not impressed. Firstly, I was sent these despite my card saying 'Nails Inc Nail Varnish'. Easy mistake to make I know, but obviously I would have preferred the polish. I can't review these because I haven't and don't plan on using them any time soon. However, if 32 foils are only about a pound and I
received 16, then this sample really is only worth about 50p. Right? Will offer these to a friend or they might get use around Halloween time but honestly, the design looks like Barry M crackle or magnetic polish, not a look I go for.
(RRP 32 foils £1.09)

Papier Poudre Rachel Powdered Paper
Ggrrr, why do I have such dry skin? Blotting papers just aren't my favourite and the only time I'll be able to fully try these is on holiday next month. It promises to cleanse pores, something which is appealing to me but honestly, not suited to me and my dry skin.
(RRP 20 leaf £7.96 / 65 leaf £20.55)

Redken Colour Extend Radiant - 10
Yipee! A new hair product. I lurrveee this. I rarely try Redken products due to the hefty price tag so I was pleased to receive this. I can't say I'll be rushing to the shops to spend £20 on it, but it did leave my hair feeling wonderful. I applied to wet hair and brushed through. The 30ml size is actually prefect for taking on my holiday next month to tame sea salt/clorine/beach hair! It claims to do '10 things' which I won't list now, but if you can get your hands on a sample, its worth trying.
(RRP 170ml £19.99 introductory offer)

Balance Me Rose Otto Intensive Lip Salve
I'm glad I didn't buy Glamour magazine last month as this was one of the freebies, but its the only full size product in the box and I absolutely love it. I'm a sucker for lip balms, salves, anything to moisturise my horrible cracked lips I have an awful habit of licking! This smells gorgeous, feels lovely on and leaves my lips feeling great. It doesn't quite top my favourite Burtz Bees, but it's definitely a good one. I personally wouldn't spend £12 on it, but that's the beauty of receiving a monthly box.
(RRP 10ml £12)

White Glo Professional Choice Toothpaste
A toothpaste? In a beauty box? Strikes some controversy but teeth whiting is definitely a huge thing recently. I have to admit, I didn't think I would be impressed and I didn't want to receive a toothpaste in my box again, but this was actually my favourite thing in the whole box! My boyfriend and I have used it every single day and night since. I thought it would be handy for our holiday but looks like we'll run out soon! I was expecting it to taste really harsh and almost herbal like, but its really nice. After a fortnight, I've noticed a difference in colouring, so pleased. I went to buy the full size but can't find it anywhere, might have to order online! Really impressed.
(RRP 150g £4.07)

4711 Eau De Cologne - Bonus Sample

I have to say, I love that She Said Beauty add a 'bonus sample' but what even is this?! It smells absolutely vile. Lots of people have told me their Grandma used it, but my Grandma wears Chanel Mademoiselle same as me! Not sure who would actually like this but its not nice. The packaging looks like weird alcohol and it will most likely go in the bin I'm afraid!
(RRP 100ml £17 - WHAT?!)

Overall, I loved the toothpaste, Redken product and the Balance Me  lip balm. Three out of six likeable products, can't say it was a brilliant box but it's not awful either (anyone remember my goat hair glossybox brush?!)

As soon as I opened it, I wanted another one (no patience) but I do hope September brings something more.

Follow me on my She Said Beauty Profile to see what I'm loving and not loving. I
f you haven't set one up already, do it! It's a great way to connect with friends, add photos and review products. (You don't even need to be a She Said subscriber)

If you want to subscribe to She Said Beauty Box, use my link here to help me get a free box! Only £9 a month. :)

Benefit They're Real Mascara

I've gone through my fair share of mascara's. In fact, I probably need to throw them all away (it's definitely been more than three months) and carry on trying new ones. But recently, this one stood out to me. I've always thought I could get away with cheaper mascaras and love L'oreal Telescopic, but this is totally different. I've previously used Benefit Bad Gal in black and brown and wasn't that impressed but thought I would give this a go anyway after hearing such hype and receiving it for my birthday. I've always loved Benefit anyway!

What does it do?
According to the Boots website "this jet-black mascara lengthens, curls, volumises, lifts and separates for a spectacular look".
The brush is the selling point for me, it's a plastic wand specially designed to maximize the performance of the long-wearing, glossy formula. The bristles at the end are staggered, meaning you can get closer to the root and inner-corner of lashes.

Does it work?
Yes, it definitely does what it says on the box. It doesn't smudge or clump and lasts all day easily for me. I apply 1-2 coats using a 'zig-zag' motion across my lashes. If I'm going on a night out, I apply an extra coat and never feel the need for false lashes. I sometimes apply one thin coat to my bottom lashes too.
I would personally say it lengthens my lashes more than anything else, but I love the finish.

What's the packaging like?
Sturdy and very sleek in a silver tube. I've knocked this around in my make-up bag and the writing hasn't smudged off at all (something I really disliked about L'oreal Telescopic!) This looks brand new still and isn't too long to fit neatly in my make up bag.

How much is it? Is it worth it?
£18.50 from Boots. I will be re-purchasing this as its the only mascara I have fallen totally in love with. It's hard to justify spending that much on a mascara as the expiry date is so short, but if I could only wear one make up item each day, it would definitely be mascara. Therefore, I'm happy to spend more on something that will last me the whole three months instead of spending £8 here and there on others.

Have you tried this? Are there any similar mascaras out there?

OOTN: Skater Skirt & Mint Green Shirt

Shirt - H&M | Top - Zara | Skirt - River Island | Belt - Primark | Bag - H&M | Shoes - New Look | Bracelets - Tiffany & Co, The Beauty Closet | Necklace - Lily & Lotty | Ring - Pandora | Nails - Essie Mint Candy Apple & Models Own Ibiza Mix

Hollaaaa! I'm going out tonight to cheer myself up from feeling so rubbish all week. I'll be with my boyfriend and our friends for drinks and what not ;) I'm absolutely loving this mint green colour (can you tell?) and found this worked for a night out. The skirt is a staple in my wardrobe, I wear it a lot when I go out as it hides my bumps yet shows off the better bits! The shirt is so simple but I popped a little Zara basics strappy top on underneath which are so comfortable and worth the money. Obviously couldn't complete the look without a matching bag, belt and nails! Left my jewellery simple, what I usually wear everyday. What do you think?
