What's In My Hand Luggage?

This Saturday, I'm off to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands for a week of winter sun with my boyfriend Rich! I'm so unbelievably excited. It's been a pretty long and stressful Christmas at my new job, and although I now feel settled and more confident, I'm SO ready for a quick break and some relaxation.
I love travelling and even more so, I love packing. Last year, I posted about my 'packing essentials' (here) however, today I wanted to share a few ideas for things I like to carry in my travel bag/hand luggage.
Firstly, the handbag I'm using was gifted to me for Christmas and hasn't left my arm since. I'm in love with Ted Baker and was over-the-moon to receive such a gorgeous black, leather bag. It spacious enough to also fit my camera, along with my book, glasses etc. I'm taking my iPad mini, Cosmo and the final Hunger Games book for a bit of entertainment, along with my 2014 diary and personalised pen (another lovely Christmas gift!). Rich & I like a few sweeties for the plane (especially when you take off and have horrible popping ears!) so I couldn't help but pick up my favourites - drumstick squashies.
I'm also carrying my glasses (both reading & sunnies) to avoid getting broken, headphones and my iPhone. The white and pink heart wallet is from Emma Bridgewater and has sections inside for documents, passport, currency and tickets - it's so handy and saves me carrying a purse too!
Finally, my love for Ted Baker continues with this mini make-up bag. I have the larger one for everyday use however, this stays in my handbag all the time (even when I'm not going on holiday!). Inside I've popped in a packet of tissues, wet wipes, my Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume, Chanel lipstick, Benefit lipgloss, Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer, Mac lipstick, Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm and a hairband.
As you can tell, I'm beyond excited to be jetting away. Let me know if you're interested in my travel make up or wash bag and I'll be sure to share that too! I hope you're having a great day, thanks for reading!

    1. Thank you! I'm unsure of the exact price, I believe about £210. I can't find it on the Ted Baker website anywhere but I'm sure it's called 'KAMILIO T Keeper Bowler Bag' and they also do it in mini size. This is the larger one :) xx
